A bit about myself
I started developing when I was 16. Web first, simply because I enjoyed the feeling of seeing something I built appear in a browser. Then came iOS, where I learned what it actually means to ship a product that people use every day.
Over time I drifted toward the backend. I got more interested in what happens behind the screen: APIs, data, and the logic that holds everything together. That took me through a company I founded and led as CTO building cryptocurrency exchanges, then a hosting and domain platform, and eventually into aviation software.
Today I lead the team behind SAFEJETS, a Quality & Safety Management System for business-aviation operators. The work is a mix of writing code, owning the infrastructure it runs on, and running delivery, and lately, figuring out how AI-assisted development lets a small team ship a lot faster.
My Journey So Far
ENTROPOL ARGE LTD ŞTİ
Forward Deployed Engineer
Moved into a forward-deployed role: working directly with the business-aviation operators who run our software, inside their workflows rather than from a spec. • Own the infrastructure our platform runs on — deployments, load balancing and high availability for a system where downtime has regulatory consequences. • Translate what operators actually do into what we build, then ship it into their live environments. • Debug in production, against real data and real compliance constraints. • Introduced AI-assisted development across the team and set the conventions for using it on a safety-critical codebase, where a model cannot be left to freewheel through compliance logic.
• Built backend services and REST APIs in PHP/Laravel, integrating with a React front end. • Cut response times through Redis caching and query optimization. • Designed a custom authentication system with hardened encryption and access controls.
SAFEJETS
Technical Project Manager
Lead the team behind the SAFEJETS product line. • Own the architecture across SAFEJETS MS, Academy and PARTS, and set technical direction. • Run delivery end to end — Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization. • Keep engineering work aligned with business goals and aviation compliance requirements. • Hold the bar on code quality as the team grows, and support the decisions that are hard to reverse. • Still write code. I never wanted to be the lead who stopped reading pull requests.
SAFEJETS is ENTROPOL's product line for business aviation — quality and safety management systems (QMS/SMS) spanning SAFEJETS MS, Academy and PARTS. • Built the safety and compliance workflows at the core of the Quality Management System. • Developed PHP/Node.js and API features against aviation regulatory requirements. • Worked in Scrum with a cross-functional team to streamline operational processes.

Raya Nik Espadana (RTL-Theme)
PHP Developer
• Created a WordPress theme for RTL-Theme, integrated with WHMCS via SSO. • Implemented a government-API identity-verification module that closed off a fraudulent-payment route. • Resolved technical-SEO and site-speed problems across the platform.
• Engineered RTL-Cloud, a hosting and domain platform built on a customized WHMCS. • Built the domain checker, WHOIS lookup, and registrar integrations.
Radin Fanavari Kosha
Founder & CTO
Founded and ran the company behind two cryptocurrency-exchange products, leading engineering as CTO while remaining hands-on in the backend. • Wrote a lightweight TRX node rather than running a full node, cutting sync time and server cost and giving us direct control over transaction handling. • Replaced a manual payout process with automated, encrypted fiat and crypto transfers. • Built KYC on top of government identity APIs, closing the main route for fraudulent signups. • Deployed self-hosted crypto nodes on Linux with OWASP hardening and CI/CD.

• Led the backend team through the pivot to a Tether-focused exchange. • Reviewed all code contributions as head of development. • Built the platform on PHP, Laravel and Node.js, with DevOps ownership of the deployment.

Founder & Backend Developer
• Built the backend of a cryptocurrency-trading exchange startup as part of a small, fast-moving team. • Worked across PHP, Laravel, Node.js and DevOps to build and optimize the platform.
iADC (Iran Apple Developers Conference)
Co-Founder & Event Director
Co-founded and directed Iran's first Apple developers conference, held annually in Tehran for three years with around 300 attendees per edition. Following the first event's success, organized the second in a larger venue and directed the third and final one. Led event planning, strategy, and execution, bringing the Apple developer community together through keynotes, workshops, and networking.
